We often need to listen to the programme that inexperienced/new/difficult presenters have produced to vet the content before airing. Also some presenters leave it to the last minute to produce their show giving us little time to vet it. It would be good to be able to set a time (such as 48 hours) at which the voicetrack slot disappears from the list on connect on remote voicetracking. EG - If the time was set to 48 hours, a slot on 08/08 at 11:00 will disappear from the user's list on 06/08 at 11:00 onwards. However admins wouldn't have this option set on their user account so they could still log in and listen/edit the slot.
