Uninterrupted Gapless Playback
I use Live365 for my streaming which leaves me with a little problem that's mainly due to Live 365's license agreement. I can't upload syndicated shows to be played as Live 365 needs metadata for each track played. Yes, I can split the show into separate files but here's the rub. PlayIt Live reaches the end of one track and audibly clicks into the next even where there's no gap present. For some reason when saving in mp3 there always seems to be a milisecond gap both ends after saving but not in .wav. Winamp handles gapless playback no problems at all but would rather PlayIt Live personally.

Hi Gareh This should be achieved with CUE files placed in the same folder as the track that is being played. You can download a CUE sheet generator from http://www.ben-thomas.org/2013/03/06/music-cue-sheet-generator-for-mixes/ You should place a file with the same name (but with .cue at the end). The filename within the cue file should match the name of the music file. CUE files will then send the appropriate metadata at the correct time within your stream.

May I ask how you get the .cue file to register in PlayIt? I have the .cue file in the same folder as the music file. The music file has also been imported to PlayIt. Here's the first few lines of the .cue file to check if I've done this correctly:- PERFORMER "" TITLE "" FILE TEST.MP3 TRACK 01 AUDIO PERFORMER "10CC" TITLE "Dreadlock Holiday" INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 AUDIO PERFORMER "Erasure" TITLE "A Little Respect" INDEX 01 04:21:10
