Non-destructive volume normalisation when importing a track
A non-destructive level function that balances the volume of all imported tracks to a specific set amount of db's, without modifying the original file. This might also be retroactive for previously imported tracks.

Try MP3Gain (http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net) on your files. It's non-destructive and should work also in already imported music.
