Yes, AutoAdjust applies identical settings and functionality whether you run it manually via Tools > Auto Adjust or schedule it automatically through Scheduled Events or Scheduled Event Actions in clocks.

Both manual and automatic AutoAdjust operations follow the same process: they determine a target time (next fixed time marker or end of hour), adjust tempos of songs up to your maximum tempo setting, modify segues between tracks up to your maximum segue setting, soft delete items that would play after the target time, and schedule additional items from the playout pattern if needed to fill time.
