You can change between Dark and Light themes in PlayIt Live through the settings menu. Here's how:

1. Go to File > Settings from the main window menu
2. Click on the General tab (this should be the default tab that opens)
3. Look for the Theme setting at the top of the General tab
4. Use the dropdown menu to choose between Dark (the default theme) and Light themes
5. Click OK to apply the changes

The theme change will take effect immediately, giving you a choice between a darker interface (ideal for low-light studio environments) or a lighter interface (which some users prefer for daytime broadcasting or personal preference).
