Log Scheduler automatically keeps your playout log populated and fills empty gaps in your schedule. When Log Scheduler is ON, PlayIt Live continuously generates content ahead of time using your scheduled clocks or playout pattern. This ensures there's always content ready to play, even if you haven't manually scheduled every hour.

Automation controls whether PlayIt Live plays continuously without manual intervention. When Automation is ON:

• Tracks play one after another automatically
• The playout log is locked to prevent unintentional edits
• Log Scheduler is automatically switched ON
• Manual segue flags (green arrow/red stop sign) are ignored, so playout will not stop at a red stop sign; tracks continue playing automatically
