Playout Patterns are the only way I can find to say "Only play 80s music" or "Only play 90s music" or "Play any of the songs". But not every show will look the same as the last show. If, say, Tuesday is 80's day and Thursday is 90's day, then, every week, I have to manually go in and remove the 80's tracks for the 90's tracks, then change it back, then change it again... If I could save the various playout patterns, and merely switch between them (especially with a keyboard hotkey or MIDI control), that'd be a lot easier than manually adding & removing the same track groups over and over. It'd also be one less thing to worry about remembering.
