Use pre-recorded Voice presentations of different Artist to play with songs.
It Will be Great to create a group of song announces by the same voice talent and associate one or several announces to the same song. So you can schedule a clock (or different clocks with different voice talents at different hours). In the song data, must say the intro or outro time that will be used to play over the voice presentation (and in config, must say how many db will be adjusted the song volume).
