Volume Mixer
Why don't you have a volume mixer on Playit Software instead of having to use the Windows/Apple one. I think that will be a really cool feature. So have your audio and microphone one and you could even have it on a different window.

rather than a "soft" mixer, extending the MIDI interface to use "DJ" style MIDI devices (and their associated sound cards) is the answer in my view. This would be a very reasonable one time paid upgrade.
