A.L.C. (Automatic Level Control)
I use this at home , not as a radio station, but It would be nice to have an "ALC" as this is quite a pain with having to keep adjusting volume up & down. Even a radio station would benefit from this.

Try the audio processing plugin. Well worth the $15.00

This feature is already on one of the plugins called Audio Processing, it's named as AGC, Auto Gain Control

Also look at wxMP3gain (third party). It can level all the songs to close to the same level. This helps out a lot. And I still use the Audio Processing AGC as well.
