When PlayIt Live is restarted (after computer restart or appcrash) an item in the log that would have been playing at the time is marked as played and the next item starts (if it is due). This causes a problem if a long program is scheduled, for example a 55 minute prerecorded audio program or an auxillary input taking a satellite feed. If these were scheduled through to to the next top of hour hard maker, PlayIt Live treats the item as played and there is silence until the next scheduled item at top of hour. Can PlayIt Live see that this item is scheduled and should be playing at the current time, and pickup the playout again at the point part way through that item that it would have been going to air had PlayIt Live been working continuously?
