What is the frequency spectrum display and how do I enable it?

The frequency spectrum is a visual display that shows how the audio changes dynamically in real-time for playing items in the playout log. It displays the distribution of audio frequencies from low (bass) on the left to high (treble) on the right. To enable or disable this feature, go to File > Settings > Live-Assist Mode and tick or untick the "Show frequency spectrum" option.
