How do I generate future hours in advance for voice tracking?

When using remote voice tracking, the playout log doesn't need to be pre-scheduled. If an hour is empty, the remote voice tracking system will automatically look at the clocks you've scheduled for every hour in the next 30 days. When you select a time slot to voice track, PlayIt Live will automatically schedule that hour for you based on your clock schedule.

For local voice tracking within PlayIt Live itself, you can manually generate future hours by going to Manage > Playout Log, setting your date range to include the future hours you want to generate, and clicking the Schedule button. This will populate your future hours based on the clocks you've already scheduled via Manage > Clock Schedule. Once scheduled, click OK to save changes and then navigate to the future hour on the main interface to voice track.
