How do I delete my account?

To delete your PlayIt Software account, please contact us using the details on our contact page at https://www.playitsoftware.com/Contact with your account deletion request. Include the email address associated with your account and your Client ID in your message.

Your Client ID can be found at https://www.playitsoftware.com/Account/ClientID and is used to prove ownership of your account.

Before requesting deletion, please be aware that deleting your account will permanently remove access to any licences, subscriptions, and account history associated with it.
