How do I remove unused genres from the dropdown list?

The genre dropdown in PlayIt Live displays all distinct genres that currently exist across all tracks in your database. These genres are populated automatically based on the Genre field in your track metadata and cannot be manually removed from the dropdown list.

To remove a genre from the dropdown, you need to ensure no tracks in your database are assigned to that genre. You can do this by either deleting all tracks that use the unwanted genre or reassigning those tracks to a different genre using the Manage > Tracks window.

Once there are no tracks with that particular genre remaining in your database, it will automatically disappear from the genre dropdown list the next time you access it.
