Auto Adjust does not run on its own unless you have set it to do so, so turning it off means removing whatever is triggering it automatically. Auto Adjust can be triggered in two ways, and you can stop either of them.
If you have set it up as a scheduled event, go to Manage > Scheduled Events, select the event that runs the Auto Adjust action and either delete it or remove the Auto Adjust action from within it. This stops Auto Adjust from running at the times you previously configured, such as 1 minute past each hour.
If you have added it as a Scheduled Event Action inside a clock, go to Manage > Clocks, edit the relevant clock, select the clock item with the Type Scheduled Event Action that runs Auto Adjust and remove it. Once you reschedule the Clock Schedule and the Playout Log, Auto Adjust will no longer be applied for that clock.
If you only ever run Auto Adjust manually via Tools > Auto Adjust, there is nothing to switch off, as it only acts when you click Apply. To undo changes from a manual run, use the Revert button, which restores tempos, segues and fade envelopes to their pre-adjusted values (note that soft-deleted items are not restored).
