How do I download a module after purchasing it?

Modules are included as part of your licence when you purchase them - there's no separate download required. Your licence should automatically update within 30 minutes of subscribing to or purchasing the module.

If the module isn't showing up, you can:

  1. Force a refresh by going to Help > Licensing Information and clicking Refresh Licence
  2. If the module still isn't picked up, make sure you're logged in with the correct account by clicking Log Out then Update Licence and logging in again
  3. Check your licence status under Help > Licensing Information to verify the module has been downloaded correctly
