Why do my players stay silent even though tracks are playing?

The players may be routed to a sound card or virtual device you're not monitoring. Go to Settings > Live Assist and confirm that each player is assigned to the correct output device. If you're using multiple outputs (e.g. mixer channels), verify that your hardware is connected and routed correctly.
