How do I schedule a clock to repeat every day at the same time?

In PlayIt Live the clock schedule is built from a weekly template called a clock grid, so repeating a clock at the same time every day is simply a matter of filling in that hour on every day of the week.

1. Go to Manage > Clock Schedule from the main menu and make sure the Clock Grids view is selected using the toggle at the top of the window.
2. Select the grid you want to edit (if you only have one grid, it is already selected).
3. In the grid, each column is a day of the week and each row is an hour. Click and drag to select the row for the hour you want the clock to play, across all seven days.
4. Drag the clock from the clock list on the right-hand side onto the selection, or right-click the selection and choose Assign 'clock name'. The clock is applied to that hour on every day at once.

A clock grid repeats every week automatically, so the clock will play at that hour every day indefinitely with no further setup. You can also use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy a cell and paste it into other hours or days.

If you only want the clock to repeat for a limited period, click Edit Date Ranges... in the grid properties and add a date range; outside that range the grid is ignored. To do this without affecting the rest of your schedule, put the clock in a separate grid on a higher Layer with only that hour filled in, leaving the other cells empty so they fall through to your main grid. Using more than one grid requires the Advanced Scheduling module.
