Song Request HTML Code (So listeners can choose from your database online and send it to Play It Live Software)
An HTML code (NOT PHP) so people can choose from your database of music then place a request through your own website, I say HTML code because my website doesn't support PHP code.

Yes - less and less websites support php these days has to be HTML5
