Being able to pick up tones as an affiliate of another station to play liners, Station ID's, and Commercials
Being able to pick up tones streaming from another station as an affiliate, to play Station Id's, Commercials, and Liners.

This would be incredibly useful for our future plans.

If a program provider is using tones to trigger local events, this function should be available on the receiver used to pick up the program. External contact closures should be provided for each function. Picking out the tones directly from the audio stream will be a hit and miss proposition; imagine a particular song triggering your commercial break?
