Normalise audio on import
I do this via audition, however it would be usuful to have the option to do this when adding assets to the library.

Actually rather than "normalise", either some kind of "replay gain" tag or the ability to run the track through a gain adjustment tool without re-encoding.

Look in the Tools menu for Loudness Analysis. This should be what you're looking for. Leave it on and it will handle any newly added tracks.
