PlayIt Live automatically adapts the clock scheduling grid to handle daylight saving time transitions. During autumn time changes when clocks go back (such as in the UK), the schedule grid displays two separate slots for the 1am hour, representing both instances of 1am that occur on that night. This same behaviour applies to other countries that observe daylight saving time, with the affected hour varying by region.
When you have recurring schedule entries set up before the time change, PlayIt Live will automatically repeat the same clock for both instances of the affected hour. If you want different content for the second occurrence, you can right-click on that specific occurrence in the schedule grid and select Delete and then Only This Occurrence to remove the repeated clock. You can then click the empty slot to schedule a different clock for that hour.
During spring time changes when clocks go forward, the affected hour is skipped entirely, so you won't see a slot for it in the schedule grid on that date. It's recommended to review your schedule grid a few days before time changes to ensure your programming flows correctly through the transition period.
