Remote users can connect to PlayIt Live Priority Streams using any Icecast-compatible encoder. The main options include:

• Internet Broadcast feature (built into PlayIt Live)
• BUTT (Broadcast Using This Tool) - free streaming software
• Rocket Broadcaster - professional streaming encoder

These encoders connect using the following settings:

• Server Type: Icecast
• Server Address: Your external IP address
• Server Port: The port specified in your PlayIt Live settings
• Username: PlayIt Live user (created under Manage > Users)
• Password: User password from PlayIt Live
• Mount: /

Priority Streams require the Advanced Scheduling Module and allow remote presenters to take over your automation when they connect. The system automatically detects when the remote stream is active and switches seamlessly between your scheduled programming and the live remote feed.
