At the moment, I have a track of music leading up to the top of the hour that I'd like to ensure finishes at the fixed time marker. At the moment, the track always starts at the the beginning of the track and then fades out when the hard fixed time marker is reached (exactly as the feature is designed) If I could specify that the if the track is five minutes long, but doesn't start playing until 45 seconds before the fixed time marker I'd like the track to start playing from 4 minutes and 15 seconds in. Probably the best known example of this is the way that BBC World plays the last part of a video clip (such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-uzMl4GBOk) before the top of the hour.
