Allow carts to update from monitored folder
I've been writing a process to create an AI voiced weather report. The MP3 is dropped into a monitored folder. I had hoped that I could just point a cart at the track and have it always play the latest weather. Please can we have a cart option that doesn't cache the audio?

OK, so I found a scheduled action that does this by unloading the cart and reloading it. Trouble is that it also changes the colour :-(
