Assignable Playback Volume

Now Playing plugin pull meta-data from remote URL streams

We play a mix of files and remote streams (using the Remote URL feature). The Now Playing plugin currently only recognizes file meta-data, not remote URL info. Ideally, it would at least pull the <title> info entered into the Remote URL dialogue.
