Ability to edit hook sequences in PlayIt Manager

When adding a Hook Sequence in PlayIt Manager, the "settings" column is empty, so you can't edit them (and then can't save a clock with them in it).

Advanced Scheduler - Rules based on song properties.

Second cue out marker
