Dockable Segue Editor on the main log page

I would love to be able to quickly view and preview transitions/segs without having to click into the segue editor on a separate window.

After Outcue Automatically Apply Fade

Many tracks have prolonged fade at the end. When an outcue point is set, the track should automatically fade after the outcue takes place to prevent dragging audio from first track excessively into second track.
