Force Automation out of Defined Soundcard

Allow an option in the audio config to force automation out of a certain soundcard. This would be particularly beneficial to people using D&R Airlite desks where fader 4 auto routes to desk out to bypass the desk for off-air work/call recording etc. ...

Add visual indication of disabled tracks in track manager.

Disabled tracks should not appear in the tracklist on main interface. Only in track manager with a visual indication they are disabled like a row color.

Undo on Playout Log

At the moment accidentally choosing 'Clear Hour' on the playout log can be disastrous. Not so bad if just music is scheduled, but a nightmare if the hour contains voice tracked links. An 'undo' function would be great.
