Don't treat adverts in Advert Blocks as songs in the Now Playing system

Currently, if your Now Playing filer is set to only send items of type "Song", it will send the name of any advert files loaded as files (not from the track library) inside Advert Blocks.

Button to load more of a track in the VT web editor

When using the VoiceTrack web editor, it would be nice to have a button to load an additional few seconds of a song if the default didn't load enough (for example, on a song with a long fade that you intend to talk over).
