Route advert blocks to different outputs (encoders). tracks etc remain the same, but different ad blockes (scheduled at the same time) would be allocated to different encoders, allowing maximum use of the shoutcast/ Icecast mountpoints

Full integration between instances (i.e. editing trackdata from the local PIL to the remote one)
