I like the [Remote Studio] option where all the audio lives on a single machine that all presenters can access securely. Live shows are simple for the presenters and voice tracking works well. Even the most basic (free) version has powerful music scheduling and playback features; the online documentation is second-to-none (even some very expensive automation systems lack the level of documentation PlayIt Live offers!).
